Hi, this seems to a viral infection. You may see a physician if the cold and nose block are severe. For the constipation problem, drink plenty of fluids, if very severe then syrup can be taken.

Hello there. Take steam inhalation and drink lots of water. Tablet. Levocetrizine 5mg upto twice a day to control symptoms. Consult a ENT Specialist if still persists. Regards
