Hey... I am glad u have approached this platform . Yes... maxtra is a good syrup for cold and dry cough. But where there is a cold there will be a nose which is blocked. So keep nasivion mini nasal drops in handy and syp paracetamol 5ml when the child is feverish ( get a thermometer if u don’t already have one. It will help u document and monitor the fever.
