I am suffering from cold and fever since last two days. Cold has been more suffering, I was feeling fever internally only yesterday. Cold has been worse now.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Levocetrizine 10mg twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 3 days.
