Hello doctor, I am suffering chronic constipation for a long time. If I constipated for a day the aftereffects are headache, whole body pain(especially in hands& foot), eye itching. I can't able to focus on anything on that day. Earlier i used to get mouth ulcers after this. But mouth ulcers are almost gone now. But constipation still persists. I have made a lot of changes in my lifestyle for this like excess water intake, exercise, fiber rich foods. But it works only some days. Please do the needful.
