Suffering from chest pain

My father is having chest pain inadvertently because of which he cannot sleep properly. He is having diabetes. We did see a cardiologist and he advised some test like ecg, 2d echo which were normal. Please suggest.

Its unstable angina. You need to do angiography. Get a x ray chest done .
