Suffering from Acne pustule from 2years

Sir, I am facing worst facial condition from 1year i think my Skin type is Combination before it was not these types of acnes but now it become nightmare for me. I am using benxol peroxide 2.5% from 2 months and cleans my face two times a day with cetaphil cleanser but not works so I am using now Neutrogena Acne face wash contains Salicylic Acid 2% and Alovera as moisturizer at night but neither works much and now I have those large pores on my cheek. I don't eat heavy sugarly food, junk food etc

The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important.
