Actually from some past days I sufferd a problem in my urine which is very yellow in colour and sometime in morning it seems like redish yellow and I feel pain in urination. Can you please tell me what is that any infection like std or some other. In  last month I tested my urine and report present some pus cells, sperm cells and albumin in my urine. Now I tell some pain in my joints and my there are red pathches on my skin like ant bites but they don't disappear. I want some home care tips to prevent this so please give me some useful tips and suggest me a doctor for tretment.
