Left sided bleeds cause , dysphasia , inability to speak , that part of brain controls right sided movements , speech , memory. Needed ct films , serial 1st day and repeated to asses the exact site and odema. Sorry to inform that 100% recovery is never. Improvement is best achieved by physiotherapy Control of htn , diabetes and othrr cp morbidities required If u send me films , ct I will inform more so required.

It would have helped if you had posted the ct report as well. Anyways, any clotting in brain recovers slowly, going by the symptoms you have mentioned, clot must be large in size. Usually only after Day 10 of such event, any possible recovery starts, if everything else is under control. And recovery will not be visible suddenly.
