I am regularly getting this sudden pain in my right little or pinky finger, I have been noticing it for sometimes , it comes suddenly without any reason and goes of in a day or two, should I be concerned or is it normal?

Thanks for asking me to respond. Observe for a week. If pain persists then you have to see a doctor. Pain of sudden onset without any injury is unusual. You will benefit from visiting an ortho surgeon who can examine the finger, and get xrays if necessary. I cannot prescribe meds as Practo prohibits me from doing so.
