Suddenly i feel pain in my hand i m feeling like hand twist pain but dont know when it causes but slowly slowly it started paining

Sudden hand pain could be from overuse like in a software professional leading inflammation of tendons. Unless we clinically assess, it will difficult to pinpoint the diagnosis. But most of the times an anti inflammatory like tab Combiflam will help take away pain and inflammation.
