Suddenly i started vomiting

All of a sudden I started vomiting with severe stomache and back pain. I vomit everything I try to eat . The condition has remain nearly the same for 2 days now. Plz help.

You will require ultrasound abdomen done to rule out ureteric stones or gallstones If it is normal then treating gastritis is enough If you don't respond to gastritis treatment then you will require endoscopy
