I was cleaning my left ear.. suddenly I fell something blocked my ear.. and now in same condition.. I put clear wax... But felling blocked ear.. what to do? Please help

You may pushed wax deep into the canal near your ear drum. Clearwax drops only soften the wax and it does not dissolve it. Wax needs to be removed under vision either by suctioning or syringing.
