Having hypothyroidism last 14years . Age 41 years old women height 5.6inch . Experienced sudden weight gain. weight is now 81.5, 1mth before s was 77kg. Sudden gain. Last three days feeling very heavy, body ache, abdominal area very tight , emotionally feeling very lpw and depressed while experiencing this changes. Also do not get proper sleep. Sleeping problem is from last 1 and half year.
