Sudden urge to pee after peeing

Hi, Since a few days after peeing it feels like there is some urine left still at the base of the penis and even if I strain it doesn't come out. And few minutes later I again have the urge to pee and it feels uncontrollable. Also, while peeing it feels like the stream of the urine is not good as in the urine doesn't come out with force.
