Hi doctor i am 27 old, from last 1 year i am having bronchitis along with sudden feeling of spinning and loss of control with shortness of breath. I saw Cardiologist since my GGT Lipid and hscrp is high, Done ecg with stress echo 5months back it came normal, then I saw ENT doctor, he prescribed some anti histamines, but it resolves only till i am taking medicines then come back. I smoke and drink daily. Can you suggest if anything major?
