Sudden shock feeling

Dear Sir/ madam, I had chest burning issue with some pain in shoulder around 2 month ago after eating prawn.. After that I am always having the same sensation and having fear of eating any non veg food.. Now a days I am feeling sudden shock sensation for no reason and during that time I am getting chest tightness and pain... Seeking for help please...
