Sudden radiating pain from belly button

Belly button and back (right side) hurting extremely from the past 12 hours now. I got 3 injections (10 hrs ago) of pentocide and pain killers but still bad and never went away. Feels like something is blocked behind the belly button and it hurts when i press it. The pain increases and decreases from time to time but is there at all times. Bowl movements are upset too. I have duodenal ulcer but the pain is not there. Extreme pain before bowel movements.
