I'm a 21 yr old female. I've never had any pimple or acne problem only before july 2018. Since then, I've been having pimples all over my face. Sprouting of new ones follow the death of old ones that leave dark marks. I don't know if my hostel food is affecting me, or anything internal. I do not use any cosmetics on regular basis. Not even a face wash. But for last one month, I've been using Medimix soap in morning and at night followed by Aloevera gel. Please let me know if I should continue this. And what can be the cause of such sudden pimples to a non pimple prone skin?
