Sudden pain of left arm and in chest

Hi Doc, I am a 25 yr old working female.Since an year or year n half almost, I have been facing a problem with mucus in my throat all the time irrespective of seasons. i don't have any cough or cold even then i feel difficulty with this mucus. Since few days i started having left arm pain till neck with sharp pinching pain in my left part of chest.
