Sudden pain in right side of the chest

Today after dinner I suddenly felt a sharp, almost like a tug in the right side of my chest , the area is about a palm distance from my collarbone. It felt like a tug that barely lasts for few seconds and right after I feel a buzz kind of sensation throughout my body and my head. this has happened about five times now each have five, ten or 15 minute interval. I am really worried
