Sudden low menstrual bleeding

I usually bleed for 3 days in my menstruation and spotting happen for the 4-5th day. This time i bles properly till 2nd day and 3rd day there no bleeding at all not even spotting. I am a little worried. Also m feeling severely depressed n low. Please help me about to tackle with this menstrual problem. I am really worried.
