Suddenly large pimples like started coming on whole body and face along with Iching sensation and rashes

It might be folliculitis or furunculosis.If the problem is recurrent,kindly check for sugar levels.one can confirm diagnosis only by seeing at lesions,think u havent uploaded any images.
Next Steps
Try using any antibacterial ointment for timebeing and consult any dermatologist for specilaist management.
