Hey doctors there. Recently i noticed that every morning or night i have this intense itchiness with red marks on a random part of my body. It could be my leg , thigh , arms , neck Or near jawline. The temperature rises and i can't control myself from scratching. I wash that part but then no use ..atlast i do some ice thing and then it calm down. What should i do to stop it ? Any advice ?
