My husband had few sessions of uneasiness and little bit of breathlessness in the morning..he got his bp checked it was 154/100..his bp is normally 130/80..although in the past he used to have 140/80 bp as well which was controlled later bt diet changes..he never took medicine for that..today we consulted a doc and he went few tests as well (ecg and trop I) but everything is fine there..his bp came back to normal in sometime..what could have happened today? Why sudden high bp? And what to do if such scenario occurs again?
