I'm suffering from health anxiety from 4 years now. Though I have not been to any doctor regarding this but I believe this is my anxiety only. I'm too sensitive to my bodily sensations. I feel lump in the throat all the time. Sudden heart palpitations. Going out of breath. Weakening arms and legs. Dizziness. Are some of the symptoms that scare me to death. I always feel like something awful is going to happen with me. Is it panic and anxiety or something serious?
