All of which point to two possibilities - one is possible acute telogen effluvium - due to external factors and stresses that you listed or an acute worsening of an existing androgenetic male pattern baldness if you were previously predisposed to it. I would still go with the former diagnosis, however any diagnosis can be made only after examining you personally and doing a Dermoscopy. For now : regularise your diet in terms of good nutritious food, start some form of exercise daily this will reduce stress also, keep stresses in check, avoid using harsh commercial shampoos and switch to milder medicated ones, see a qualified dermatologist in your city, consider prp therapy in discussion with him if necessary.
