I am experiencing sudden hair thinning and receding hairline, i am just 22 , my father has also side line gone but still he has a okayish to good hair density as per his age of 48 , why i am facing so much hair loss , i don't want to lose my hair doctor please help me out if not prevent then atleast help me out to postpone it so that my hair should be of good density till age of 40-46 , please doctors my hair in frontline and at temples are suddenly becoming thinner and losing out, should i go for any test , give me a diet plan , because i don't want to go for aggresive medications.
