Sudden excess saliva in toddler

Hi sir my son Is 3yr old, observed excessive saliva while speaking from a month. Missing clarity in speech ( felt like he is speaking with nose) He ate cold products during may month. Please suggest solution and reason. Thank you

It could be because of enlarged adenoid. x ray nasopharynx lateral view for enlarged adenoid.
