I am having irritable bowel syndrome of constipation type and I was given medication after I developed internal hemorrhoids and bleeding occurred. Meanwhile I got my period fifteen days earlier and despite of having normal period of two days with medium to less flow. This time I had extreme flow with lumps and I continue to bleed on the fifth day. I have depression and anxiety history as well but I find this abnormal and need help
