I am suffering from tinnitus since past 1 year, and recently I have been facing some weird sensation with a nerve collapsing feeling(feels like everything getting collapsed on one side). Usually it happens with a loud tinnitus(like a tinnitus attack, apart from my general tinnitus), but recently happened like i was lied on a side, and suddenly in my right body from head to arm it felt like that side is collapsing, even i got a sound( not as loud as tinnitus) but a collapsing kind of sound and the right arm suddenly felt tight and weird pulling sensation from inside. I believe this is bec of some nerve compression, i get neck ache some times. I am really afraid of stroke and cancer. And I'm 100% sure if this issue is diagnosed my tinnitus cause will be found. M really scared, please help me. I had brain mri and pns xray everything was normal. I was to diagnose neck and do an mra bt m nt sure if m going in righth direction. M scared of getting disabled!! Please help me, i beg you.
