Suddenly, I started crying, I have no idea why. I just started feeling very anxious for no reason and my heart was anxious and racing, i was feeling restless suddenly. I feel very negative and I feel something is wrong or missing, or something bad. I'm on medications escnx plus -5mg 2 pills but I just took 1 as I realised it got over, so I am planning to take nexito-5mg with it.

Need detailed history for proper diagnosis..however you can have another Nexito 5 mg with one Esnx plus for now...but meet personally for detailed evaluation
