My wife having a problem since one month,she having sudden breathelessness and tighness in the chest.I Request you to kindly give me right suggestion for that.

Hello Your wife might be suffering from allergic asthma according to the symptoms. She needs allergic blood tests, chest xray and probably lung function tests to comfirm the diagnosis.
