Sudden blurred eyes

My wife says that her vision is getting blurry and cannot see anything for few seconds and then everything becomes normal. It happened twice in 2 weeks of time period. She has her eyes tested and everything is OK. Even Executive Health Checkup is fine. She is not diabetic. No headache. No dizziness. Whom should we consult in this regard?
