Sucking his fingers

My baby is 14months old, he always suck his last 2 fingers..he is having teeth, his fingers got wounds... please help...

Hello,
Sucking of fingers are normal baby reaction when going to deep sleep.
You can keep on removing them as far as possible.
Also clean your baby fingers with wet clothes regularly.
No need to use any non essential methods for this, it irritates the baby more.

Sucking fingers is a normal finding in children, normal upto 3/4 years. You can slowly train them by moving the fingers away and telling them it's bad.
Don't force them or punish them as this will cause them to do it more often

Sucking fingers at night is normally done as it is a sign of comfort, while sleeping.. babies are scared of dark. So babies suck mostly their fingers and sometimes even mother's fingers.
