It’s not just the grade that matters
It’s the injections used the age of the patients the DNA frag of the sperms injected
Grades can be misleading sometimes
We have seen Aneuploid embryos doing good with congenital anomalies and euploid embryos aborting
So grades are not the only factors
Your endometrial receptivity should be good enough to implant any embryos
So finally if all is in line these grade 2 should implant
Get a good progesterone support post transfer usually a combo of Inj progesterone and intravaginal caps of progesterone 800-1200 mg per day
