Sir, I've recently undergone a surgical procedure. Dressing with silverxheal is advised. It am finding it hard to procure due to remote location. But megaheal is available. Are both same

Yes both have same composition. You may use any product with amorphous hydro gel with colloidal silver. Wish you speedy recovery.
