Subluxation - Labrum Tear

I have recurrent shoulder dislocation (subluxation) and the MRI says no labrum tear but the physio doctor said i have a anterior labrum tear. Pls suggest

If the MRI report is clear that the labrum is torn and if the clinical examination is otherwise, then the ways to know for definite is to inject a dye and do an MRI Scan. It is called MRI Arthrogram. The other option is to do a shoulder arthroscopy to assess better. If the dislocation is not such a big problem, you can try with proper physiotherapy and see if your symptoms improve
