Internal bleeding in early pregnancy is very common. Although it cannot be considered a normal thing. Most of the times, it remains internal and patient has no evident bleeding per vaginum. Sometimes, patient may see occasional spotting or mild bleeding. Majority of cases, it settles down on it's own with rest and external progesterone supplements. But a follow up should be done to see if it is progressing or  regressing .
