Large late subacute hematoma in left temporo parital lobe with surrounding vasogenic edema causing mass effect in the form of effacemont of ipsilateral sulci cistermal partial frontal hom and occipital hom small vessel ischaemic changes in periventricular deep white matter small parital filling defect in bilateral carotid bulbs and proximal segment of internal carotid artery .
