Stye or chalazion i how much time heal

How mych time a stye or chalazion take to heal for 2 year old . Its small now after 20 dayswhy its not completely going away.

Stye usually takes 5-7 days. Chalazion if fresh will be ok in a week or so. But long standing chalazion needs surgical intervention
