Hello, Do consult an ophthalmologist to evaluate the severity. Start warm compressses twice daily. Zaha 1 % eye ointment to be applied on the infected area onto the lid margin twice daily for 5 days. You most likely will need oral antibiotics and painkillers like tab chymoral plus one tab after food 3 times a day for 3 days.
