You seem to have multiple problems and each requires different treatment 1.Breathing problem - needs ECG,2D echo for evaluation - might be due to lungs or heart 2.Acidity - Needs preoper timely diet and smelly breath is due to acidity mostly. Will need proper medications. Try not to sleep immediately after food. Avoid spicy and oily food.Add more curd in your diet 3.Will need ortho consult . Can take painkillers for the time being as it may be age related
