I have stage three hypertension and have been put on a new beta blocker, carvedilol. It's been about two months and my blood pressure is still 150/110ish. I mean, sometimes it's a little better, but not much. I've been out of work for a while and I just can't afford to go back to the doctor. Please give me some advice. Thank you for your time and consideration. Oh, and the dose is 12.5 and 20 hctz.
