Have GERD from last 4-5 years taking PPI when I feel there is hurtburn , I don't have any disease my liverkidney function normal , I Have intermittent stomache pain it's like in 3 month there is 1 episode of constant stabbing pain which last 5-6 hours and automatically resolved after 6-7 hours but it will happen in every 3 months interval sometimes less , so my question is what causes bad breath even good dental hygiene is there any way to solve this issue I visited lots of doctors but GI doctor said it's dental issue when I visit dental he said your dental hygiene is good and no treatment required , does is there any way to fix this issue my bad breath is very strong it's spread all room when I enter people just start to stare me & yawning scraping there chins sniffing while staring to me ,i done endoscopy I don't have hital hernia , is there any test medicine which cure this condition I am very tired to dealing with this please don't give generic advice
