Stretch Marks

I've had stretch marks since a year and a half. My weight hasn't gained a lot since then. But stretch marks remain and keep expanding/spreading. I tried Bio-Oil and it didn't help me. I've been taking Merck's Vitamin E tablets but it hasn't shown any results either. I drink a lot of water and consume alcohol only once in a week. Will Tretinoin help? If it will, please mention the concentration too. If not, should I go for Hyaluronic Acid or Retinols?

for stretch marks:-Medicines or creams don’t work very well on Stretch Marks ideal treatment is to do Fractional Laser 1 session in a month upto 6-8 sessions needed. At home you can apply Deriva MS Gel once in a week at night ( very little over stretch marks only.)

Hi. Greetings. Stretch marks may not be "cured". However their appearance may be improved by application of substances like bio oil, topical retinoid creams (percentage creams given on prescription only), fractional laser therapy/ micro needling/ micro needling rf. The efficacy of procedure and amount of improvement is variable. Discuss the same with your dermatologist. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
