STRESS causing PRURIGO and SCROTUM itch

Respected Doctor's🙏🙏 For the past 18 months I have seen 7 to 8 dermatologists for my skin problems 1)Prurigo nodularis 2) Scrotum Itching Many of them confirmed stress is the cause for these skin conditions. Please reply me and give some advice/suggestions how to avoid stress(I have overthinking habit & i am short tempered).Also I want to know can stress cause scrotum itching.its weird right.Awaiting your invaluable replies🙏🙏

See a couple counsellor who can help you deal with your stress. Today the belief is that stress causes all disease physical and mental.
