Hi. A little anxiety is good before examinations but excessive of it interferes in preparation and performance during exams. You can do few things to decrease anxiety like don't drink excessive tea and coffee, avoid caffeine rich products. Since you have problem in sleeping as well avoid sleeping daytime. Try to do some excercise or walk during evening. Skipping your exams is not advisable. Hope it helps.
