My period arrived 5 days early, and is unusually light; however it shows no signs of stopping after 7 days, even though my normal cycle is about 5 days. I haven't experienced any other unusual symptoms. I had cramps and breast tenderness the first two days, which is normal for me; those have now stopped. I feel fine otherwise, I'm just worried about why my period is so unusual. Not sure if relevant, but I did decide to become a vegeterian after eating meat almost every day. I stopped eating meat
