I had a mole/freckle that was visible to the eye but looked like it was from the inside of the skin instead of fully on the outside of the skin. I nicked it when shaving and it got infected, it slowly healed up but left a lump that is quite visible but didn't hurt. A few months have passed and it got infected again, the lump is just really red with red veiny lines coming from it. Wondering if the lump could be something more.
