Last night because of headache I went for vomit . When I was vomiting I could feel the acidity in my esophagus . It was paining . And then a small clot or a piece of skin I think, came out with the vomit. So is it anything very serious

Due to excessive effort esophageal small injury can occur.check whether stool color is normal.Take PanD once a day for 5 days.
